1135.06 DEMOLITION PERMIT/EXPIRATION OF DEMOLITION PERMIT.

Any person desiring to raze or demolish any structure shall apply to the Code Enforcement Officer for a demolition permit. The demolition permit shall be valid for ninety days from the date of issuance. All work shall be completed within the permit time frame.
