No building or structure shall be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a construction permit issued by the Code Enforcement Officer. If it does not conform with provisions of this Zoning Ordinance, the applicant must receive a written order from the Board of Zoning Appeals deciding on an appeal or variance as provided by this Ordinance in order to proceed.
