A hillside area as referred to herein is defined as one with an average slope of fifteen percent (15%) or more. These Regulations apply to all hillside areas with an added limitation that areas with a slope of forty percent (40%) or greater are considered extremely rugged and development limited to lots of two acres or more per family, and require the approval of the Planning Commission.
