Street trees when planted shall be located outside of the street right-of-way of any sewer or water easements that may be adjacent to the street right-of-way and planted in such manner as not to impair visibility at any corner or corners. It is strongly recommended that all subdividers or developers retain existing trees and plant trees on each lot. The Planning Commission will cooperate in giving advice on species of trees which are acceptable for planting.
