(a) The lot arrangement and design shall be such that all sublots will provide satisfactory and desirable building sites, properly related to topography and the character of surrounding development.
(b) All side lines of lots shall be at right angles to street lines and radial to curved street lines except where a variation to this rule will provide a better street and sublot layout. Lots with double frontage except when paralleling major highways will be avoided.
(c) Reverse frontage lots abutting an intercommunity thoroughfare or major street and fronting on an interior street within a subdivision shall be of sufficient depth so as to provide for a minimum rear yard of seventy (70) feet.
(d) In case of unusual soil conditions or other physical factors which may impair the health and safety of the neighborhood in which a subdivision may be located, upon recommendation of the County Board of Health or the Municipal Health Officer or the City Manager or his duly authorized agents, the Planning Commission may require larger lot widths and lot areas as deemed necessary.
(e) No corner lot shall have a width at the building line of less than fifty (50) feet. Either of the two (2) sides of a corner lot fronting on a street may be designated the front of a lot, provided the rear yard shall always be opposite the frontage so designated.
(f) All corner lots, be they at the intersection of the right-of-way of two streets, shall have a curve with a minimum radius of twenty (20) feet joining the two (2) side lines of said rights-of-way.
