1101.05 AREAS OF JURISDICTION.

The provisions of this Title One shall apply to all plats, subdivisions and conveyances of land in the Municipality or within three miles of the corporate limits thereof as described in Section 711.09 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Planning Commission shall have the power of final approval of the plats, except that the provisions of Chapter 1117 within the three mile radius shall be the jurisdiction of the County Engineer.
