929.06 SUPPLEMENTARY LIMITATIONS.

   No user shall discharge wastewater containing substances at any time in excess of the following listed concentrations:

   Only the industrial users permitted by the issuance of orders of the City Manager, pursuant to Section 929.12, may discharge at the concentration values listed.

   The City may amend the list of supplementary limitations or impose mass limitations on individual dischargers, when in the opinion of the City Manager, it is necessary to attain the objectives set forth in Section 929.01.
