National categorical pretreatment standards as promulgated by the U.S. EPA pursuant to the Act are made a part of this chapter and shall be met by all dischargers of the regulated industrial categories. An application for modification of National Categorical Pretreatment Standards may be submitted to the regional U.S. EPA administrator by the City, when the City's POTW achieves consistent removal of the regulated pollutants.
