SECTION 63. STATE LAW TO CONTROL CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS.

All elections shall be conducted, and the results canvassed and certified by the election authorities prescribed by general election laws, and all other matters relative to primaries and elections not herein contained or by ordinance of the City Commission specifically provided for shall be determined by the general election laws of the state.
