Collection of the rates charged by the City for the services rendered by its sanitary sewerage system and sewage disposal plant by users thereof shall be made payable monthly. If any sewer bill remains unpaid past the due date, an additional ten percent (10%) shall be added to the unpaid bill. If the utility bill remains unpaid, a forty dollar ($40.00) fee shall be charged to reinstate and continue service. (Ord. 2008-32. Passed 8-5-08.)
