(a) No license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable, nor shall it be used by any person other than as named in the license.
(b) Each person holding a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall conspicuously display it in his place of business so that the same is plainly visible to the public at all times.
