753.05 LICENSE FEE; BOND.
   (a)   Fee. Every applicant for a temporary store license shall, prior to its issuance, pay to the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer a licensee fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week, or fraction thereof, for the conduct of such business. All fees collected by the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer shall be credited to the general fund.
 
   (b)   Bond in Lieu of License Fee. In lieu of payment of the license fee, an applicant for a license to operate a temporary store may execute and deliver to the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer a good and sufficient bond, in an amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00), with sureties satisfactory to the approval of the City Solicitor. The bond shall be conditioned to indemnify or reimburse any purchaser of goods, wares, commodities or merchandise in a sum equal to at least the amount of any payment such purchaser may have been induced to make through any misrepresentation as to the kind, quality or value of such purchase, whether the misrepresentation was made by the owner, seller or licensee, or any agent or employee thereof, either at the time of making the sale or through any advertisement printed or circulated with reference to the stock of the goods, wares, commodities or merchandise.
