753.04 STATUTORY AGENT.
   Before a license shall be issued pursuant to this chapter, the applicant for same shall file with the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer an instrument in writing nominating and appointing the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer his true and lawful agent, with full power and authority to acknowledge service of notice of process for and on behalf of such applicant, relative to any matter connected with or arising out of the operation of such temporary store. When so filed, such instrument shall be taken and held as valid as if personal service upon the licensee was made, according to the laws of this state and waiving all claim of right or error by reason of such acknowledgement or manner of service. When served pursuant to this power the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer shall make all reasonable efforts to notify the license of the fact that he has been so served.
