Every person desiring the license required by the provisions of this chapter shall apply in writing to the City Manager or his designee. In the application, the applicant shall state the character of the temporary business which he desires to transact, including a true statement of the names and addresses of persons, firms or corporations from whom the goods, wares, commodities and merchandise were last obtained; the names and addresses of the owners or person in whose interest the business is conducted; the places and dates where the applicant for the past eighteen months has been engaged in business, including the nature and character of such business; all details necessary to fully identify the goods, wares, commodities or merchandise to be sold; and the length of time for which the temporary store is to be operated.
