747.08 ARTICLES LEFT IN VEHICLES.

Drivers of taxicabs shall promptly deliver to the Police Department or to an authorized agent of their company all property of value left in such vehicle by any passenger. The taxicab company agent shall promptly notify and forward to the Police Department all property so recovered.
