Any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the Police Chief after a hearing affording due process should the person to whom it is issued be guilty of violating any state law or any provisions of this chapter or of any fraud, misrepresentation or unlawful act in connection with his business, or otherwise, or is found to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business.
