If the character and business responsibility of the applicant for the license required by the provisions of this chapter are found to be satisfactory, the Police Chief shall issue a license upon the payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00), which shall entitle the applicant to engage in business within the City for a period of two consecutive days. The license may be renewed for another two consecutive day periods upon the payment of a renewal fee of five dollars ($5.00).
