The person desiring a license required by the provisions of this chapter shall at the time of issuance pay to the Auditor/Clerk/Treasurer the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per machine licensed per year, or if an amusement arcade, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year. The license fees shall not be prorated and no fee shall be refunded.
