723.04 LICENSE EXPIRATION; REVOCATION.
   (a)   All licenses issued pursuant to this article shall expire on July 31 of each year.
 
   (b)   Any license or renewal thereof issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the City Manager or his designee, after reasonable notice and opportunity to be heard, for any violation of this chapter, by the licensee or by any of his officers, agents or employees. Whenever a license has been revoked under this section, the City Manager or his designee shall not issue another license to such licensee, to the husband or wife of such licensee or to any partnership or corporation of which he is an officer or member, until the expiration of at least one year from the date of revocation of such license.
