(a) Each person desiring a license required by this chapter shall pay the City the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). All licenses issued under this chapter shall expire on July 31 following the date of issue. A license may be renewed from year to year upon paying the City the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each such renewal.
(b) All fees paid under this section shall be placed in the general fund.
