SECTION 29. TRUSTEES OF THE SINKING FUND.

The City Commission shall appoint the Board of Trustees of the Sinking Fund. All matters relating to Board of Trustees of the Sinking Fund shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code, unless the same be changed by ordinance, excepting that the members of said Board shall serve without pecuniary compensation.
