(a) Any establishment permitting on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages within the City limits must keep its outside doors closed except for entrance or exit of patrons during such establishment's hours of operation.
(b) Any outside replacement door on an establishment permitting on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages within the City limits must have a window no smaller than eight inches by eight inches, made of clear glass or plexiglass to allow observers to look into such establishment from outside.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense.
