107.05 TIMING OF NOTIFICATION.

Any mail notice required by this chapter shall be deemed complete when such notice is deposited in the United States mail, properly addressed, with adequate postage affixed, at least two days prior to the day of the meeting, if the intervening day is a day on which mail delivery is made.
