§ 150.066 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   No person furnishing electrical current for light, heat or power purposes shall connect its distribution system without first having received a written permit from the Inspector. Permission shall be given upon demand at any time after the certificate provided for in § 150.064(B) has been issued.
   (B)   (1)   The Inspector may, before the certificate is issued, give temporary permission to furnish for use electric current to any wiring for a period of not to exceed 30 days, if in the Inspector’s opinion the wiring is in a condition that current may safely be used therein, and there exists an urgent necessity therefor.
      (2)   The Inspector may renew the permit at the end of the 30 days, providing there exists an urgent necessity for the renewal.
   (C)   No electrical current for power or light for a structure or property that has had electrical service discontinued for a period of 12 months shall be reconnected until the structure or property has been inspected and approved by the Inspector.
