(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 97.030 through 97.038 or who fails to comply with any notice issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, upon being found guilty of violation, shall be subject to a minimum fine of $50, not to exceed $500 for each separate offense. Each day during which any violation for the provisions of this subchapter shall occur or continue shall be a separate offense.
