(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

(C) Any person, other than the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics, its officers and employees while acting in their official capacities, who shall violate §§ 91.070 through 91.081 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense, and each day a violation continues to exist after notice shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the authority may institute in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of the county an action to prevent, restrain, correct or abate any violation of §§ 91.070 through 91.081, or of any order or ruling made in connection with its administration or enforcement, and the Court shall adjudge to the plaintiff any relief, by way of injunction or otherwise, as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, in order fully to effectuate purposes of this subchapter and the ruling made pursuant thereto.
