SCHEDULE V. BUS LOADING ZONES.

   No motor vehicle other than a bus shall park in a bus loading zone. Buses shall not remain in the zone any longer than 15 minutes. Bus loading zones shall be in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the entire year. Buses shall be permitted to park in posted areas along Water Street. The following areas are designated as bus loading zones and shall be so posted:
