§ 72.52 TICKETING OF VIOLATIONS; PAYMENT IN LIEU OF PENALTY.
   (A)   When a vehicle has been determined by the Police Department to be in violation of §§ 72.01 through 72.04, 72.50 through 72.56, and Chapter 79, the Department shall cause to be attached to such vehicle a notice stating that it has been parked in violation of said sections and instructing the owner or operator to report to the City Clerk in regard to such violation. In cases where said notice and complaint charges a violation of Chapter 79, Schedule VI, the owner or operator may, within seven days, including the day the notice was issued, pay the City Clerk or his duly authorized agent in full satisfaction of such violation, the sum of $20.
   (B)   In cases where said notice and complaint charges violation of Chapter 79, Schedule VII, the owner or operator may, within seven days, including the day the notice was issued, pay the City Clerk or his duly authorized agent, in full satisfaction of such violation, the sum of $200. If the above stated $200 is not paid as provided, the sum of $250 shall be paid in full satisfaction of such violation.
   (C)   In cases where said notice and complaint charges a violation of § 72.56 or Chapter 79, Schedule II, the owner or operator may, within seven days, including the day the notice was issued, pay the City Clerk, or his duly authorized agent in full satisfaction of such violation, the sum of $15. If the above stated $15 is not paid as provided, the sum of $25 shall be paid in full satisfaction of such violation.
