The following parking stalls are hereby designated as loading zones. No driver of any motor vehicle may park in a loading zone at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, certain holidays excepted, except in the process of actually loading or unloading merchandise or other products requiring the use of said zones. The loading zones may not be used for moving purposes.
