§ 95.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to use any of the park or recreational facilities without having complied with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Trustees in connection therewith.

   (B)   Anyone violating any of the rules and regulations, or failing to comply with such, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 95.02(B)(2) is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation.
