§ 153.39 NONCONFORMING USES.
   The lawful use of a trailer coach for human habitation at the time of the adoption of this chapter may continue although not in conformity with the provisions of this chapter subject to the following objections:
   (A)   Whenever a trailer coach now situated upon a plot of ground is removed and not replaced within 30 days of such removal by a trailer coach of at least 450 square feet floor space and in better condition than the one removed therefrom, the nonconforming use shall cease and thereafter § 153.38 shall apply to the plot of ground.
   (B)   Whenever a trailer coach now situated upon a plot of ground is not used for human habitation for a continuous period of two months, its nonconforming use shall cease and thereafter § 153.38 shall apply to the plot of ground.
   (C)   In no case shall a trailer coach replace another as set forth in division (A) of this section if there is a house situated on the property from which the trailer coach was removed.
   (D)   It is unlawful to add an auxiliary or additional room or rooms to a trailer which is now a nonconforming use; however, temporary porches, canvas-roofed canopies and skirts shall be permitted for such trailers.
