§ 153.38 HABITATION OF TRAILER COACH UNLAWFUL OUTSIDE OF LICENSED CAMP.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to maintain any trailer coach used for human habitation upon any plot of ground in the city except in a licensed trailer camp.

(B) It is unlawful to occupy for sleeping or other residence purposes any trailer coach which has been rendered immobile by the removal of wheels, placing the same on a foundation or on the ground.
