(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not less than $25, nor exceeding $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 130.11 shall be fined not less than $75 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(D) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 130.09 shall be fined not less than $200 and no more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(E) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 130.06 shall be fined not less than $300 and no more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(F) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 130.27 shall be fined not less than $500 and no more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(H) (1) Any person violating § 130.85(A) shall be sentenced to perform not less than ten community service hours for a first offense, not less than 25 community service hours for a second offense and more than 50 community service hours for each offense thereafter.
(2) Any person violating § 130.85(B) or (C) shall be fined not less than $50 for a first offense and not less than $100 for a second offense, otherwise the general penalty provisions of this Code shall apply.
(3) In addition to or in lieu of the penalties set forth hereinabove, the parent of a truant person may be required to participate in a “parenting” program, approved by the Chief of Police.
