(A) Carrying concealed weapons. It is unlawful for any persons to carry any concealed weapon in the city, provided that this section shall not apply to any law enforcement officer.

(B) Casting missiles. It is unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile from or into any public street, alley or other public place, or at, upon, into or against any building, structure, premises or other property, other than his own, or at any person.

(C) Discharging firearms. It is unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm or air gun within the city without first obtaining written permission of the Chief of Police; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any law enforcement officer acting in the course of his official duties.
