It is unlawful for any person to fight in any public place in the city or to use language having the direct tendency in incite immediate acts of violence by the person or persons addressed, or to challenge to fight or urge another to fight or in any threatening manner display any knife, pistol, blackjack, brass, steel or iron knuckles, or any other deadly weapon.
