(A) The Mayor may declare, at any time when conditions as described in § 92.150 are present, in his or her sole discretion, that the load limit or permissible weight limit on any streets shall be reduced to the following gross weight:
Two axles, single rear tires: 7,000 pounds
Two axles, dual rear tires: 18,000 pounds
Three (3) or more axles, dual rear/trailer 33,000 pounds
For all vehicles, the maximum axle load per axles shall not exceed 11,000 pounds.
(B) The above restrictions shall apply immediately upon the declaration by the Mayor of which streets or areas of streets shall be subject to the above weight limits and at such time as signs have been erected designating the provisions of this section at each end of the affected portion of each street. The above restriction shall apply for a total period of not to exceed 120 days in any one calendar year.
