§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is designated shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The penalty for the violation of § 92.012 shall be no less than $50 plus costs for the first offense and no more than $200 for the first offense; the minimum fine shall be $150 plus court costs, the maximum fine being $750 plus court costs.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of §§ 93.045 et seq. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the city, any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the ordinances of the city shall be punished by a fine of not more than $750, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of the city is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he or she shall be punished accordingly.

   (D)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 92.150 et seq. shall be fined an amount equal to the following schedule:
      Up to and including 5,000 pounds overweight:   $500
      From 5,001 through 7,000 pounds overweight:   $600
      From 7,001 or more pounds overweight:      $750
      (2)   Bail for any violation of these sections shall be set out in an amount equal to the amount of the fine fixed by this division of this section.
