A person who is engaged in the business of relaying alarm notifications to the city shall:
(a) Communicate alarm notifications to the city in a manner and form determined by the chief;
(b) Provide local or toll free call-back telephone numbers when requested by the police department;
(c) Contact a representative of the alarm site when requested by the police department; and
(d) Comply with all other requirements of this chapter and any rules and regulations promulgated by the chief.
