§ 39.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BUREAU; DUTIES, RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   There is hereby created and established the “City of Fort Wayne Ordinance Violations Bureau,” which Bureau is granted all the duties, rights, and responsibilities as provided by state law.
