(A) Exception to the standard speed limit. The following speed zones shall have a maximum speed limit other than the speed limit stated in § 71.03 of this code and shall be posted accordingly in compliance with the current Manual of Uniform Traffic-Control Devices (MUTCD).

(B) Penalty. Any person in violation of any provision within this schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be penalized as provided in § 70.99 of this code. Each day’s violation, failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of this schedule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
