§ 2-5-2 MEMBERS; TERMS.

(A) The Board of Trustees of the Fort Madison Public Libraries hereinafter referred to as the Board, shall consist of nine members. Eight of the members of the Board shall be residents of the city, one shall be a non-resident member.

(B) All appointments to the Board shall be for six years, except to fill vacancies. Appointments shall be made every two years of one-third the total number, to stagger the terms.
