§ 8-6-9 KENEL ADDITION; ADDITIONS; SUBDIVISIONS.
   The basis for numbering buildings in Kenel Addition and all additions or subdivisions hereafter platted in the city shall be by lots instead of foot frontage as is now provided in § 8-6-4 of this chapter. Each block shall be assigned numbers on the basis of one number to each platted lot.
