§ 7-6-10 DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS IMPOUNDED FOR CRUELTY.
   (A)   If a person is found guilty of a violation of § 7-6-9 of this chapter, the disposition of the animal shall be determined by the court.
   (B)   The court may also prohibit the violator from owning, harboring or keeping any animals within the city limits for a determined amount of time.
