§ 7-5-14 USE OF TRANQUILIZER GUN TO CONTROL ANIMALS.
   A violation of § 7-5-12 of this chapter is punishable as a simple misdemeanor, if a monetary fine is levied, it shall be in an amount as set by resolution of the City Council.
