§ 94.46 SALE OF FIREWORKS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to offer for sale, at wholesale or retail; to sell, at wholesale or retail; to loan; barter; deliver; advertise; or give away, within the city any fireworks as defined in § 94.45, except to holders of permits as provided for in § 94.48.
