§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, partnerships or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense. Any subsequent violation shall upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $100.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.45 through 94.49 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not more than more $100 or imprisoned for not more than 20 days, or both.
   (C)   The minimum penalty for noncompliance with §§ 94.60 through 94.65 is $250. The penalty for noncompliance is automatically waived if the dwelling unit is brought into compliance with §§ 94.60 through 94.65 within 30 days of the original violation. The property owner must request an inspection from the Fire Department to verify compliance and have the waiver provision applied. Continued failure to comply may result in a maximum penalty of $1,000 or six months in jail.
