3-10-20: VIOLATIONS:
At all special events, it shall be unlawful for any person to:
   A.   Conduct, present, stage or promote a special event without a permit;
   B.   Violate any provision of this section;
   C.   Serve or cause to be served alcohol in violation of Idaho Code or this Code;
   D.   Violate any condition of a special events permit. (Ord. 697,2-27-2023)
