A special event permit may be summarily suspended or revoked by the City Clerk’s Office for violation of any provision of this article, for violation by the applicant of any Federal, State or local laws or ordinances during the special event, for violation of any of the conditions of the permit, or for making any false, material representation in an application for a permit.
