Application shall be accompanied by a certificate of public liability and property-casualty insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) for personal injury and property damage. Applicant shall provide a certificate of insurance at the time of application submittal indicating the City of Fruitland as the certificate holder and the additional insured with respect to the special event. The applicant will also provide proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance coverage for all event sponsored employees working at the special event. (Ord. 697,2-27-2023)
