3-4-1: DEFINED:
An "open air market" is one that is open to the public, for both sellers and buyers of commodities, and at which the sellers offer both new or used commodities. Sellers who apply are assigned to a table, stall or specified location for a limited time. The market is available to the public through the continuing displays of various sellers for more than three (3) days per month. An open air market is often commonly referred to as and is synonymous with a "flea market". (1984 Code § 3-2-1)
